This one-day comprehensive workshop will help you to identify and overcome your personal and professional stressors, help build your resilience and improve your time management skills and work-life balance. You will be given practical tips to help make working with others more effective and less stressful, take back control and take on challenges with renewed purpose and energy.
Prior to the course, you will complete your own DISC behavioural profile, the results of which will be discussed on the day and will help you improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

On the day
The workshop begins at 10.00am. Please arrive from 9.30am when coffee and tea will be provided on arrival. The workshop runs until 4.00pm and lunch is provided.
