Dr Hannah Godfrey
Client Relationship Lead
Hannah is our Client Relationship Lead, which means she spends lots of time getting to know people and the teams they work within. She started as our bubbly and creative Community Lead in 2021 after 12 years as a vet in clinical practice. Initially, she focused on social media and marketing, but now she's much more involved in the day-to-day running of VetLed.
While her role has changed, Hannah will still be focused on spreading the word about Human Factors. Hannah is a talented copywriter, helping to bring our message to life. She drives important conversations through our social media platforms, newsletters, website, and blog, helping us reach as many veterinary people as possible.
VetLed was founded by vet Ru Clements, in 2017, to help veterinary teams like yours overcome the obstacles to reliably delivering the patient care you want to.
Training like ours is long-established in other safety-critical professions, from aviation to human healthcare…and it's also essential in veterinary medicine.
Our vision is to create real, sustainable change for our profession through the application of Human Factors.
We understand veterinary practice and we know that Human Factors provides the answers you’re looking for to help you thrive doing the job you love.

Never miss applying for a role because you think they're looking for 'someone else' not you.
Remember the skills and traits you have and how these are transferable to other roles and just because you're not the standard applicant, doesn't mean you can't be a great asset in ways you and they didn't see coming!
