  • Company overview

We are a joint venture practice working within the Vets4Pets group of 480 practices.

Jonathan, known as ‘Jono’, started the practice in 2010 and has been successfully growing the team ever since. We are currently a team of 20: six vets supported by an amazing RVN and front of house team.

We are getting ready to do a practice refurbishment and expansion so are looking to recruit new team members.

    Our achievements include:

    • Vets4Pets Practice of the Year 2017
    • ISFM Silver Accreditation
    • Rabbit Friendly Practice – Silver
    • Fear Free and Pain Free practice

    Organisation aims & mission

Our five-year mission is to become the ‘go-to hub’ for the local practices in the group for high end work and support when they need it.

  • Company values

    TEAMWORK

We aim to work well together, without conflict, so that staff feel that they can discuss cases openly and in a safe environment, knowing that we will not be judged. The patient is the heart of the discussion.

CARE: PATIENT CARE – CLIENT CARE – EACH OTHER

Patient Care – we talk to the patients and interact with them in a knowledgeable way, recognising their behaviours.

Client Care – we take an active interest in how clients are and allow staff the time to build an effective relationship with them.

Care for Each Other – we look out for each other’s wellbeing.

    AMBITION/DETERMINATION/RESILIENCE

Ambition – to be able to continue to grow through every stage of your career.

Determination – making it easier for you to complete the task you are involved with and not allowing outside influences, distract or undermine you from completing the task.

Resilience – to be able to bounce back from adverse events that happen.

    INNOVATION

Being at the forefront of modern practice and taking on new ideas – accepting that change is a constant.

    HONESTY

Being honest with ourselves & each other in what we can perform. Being confident enough to say no, if you cannot do it. Be able to make mistakes and not be offended by someone else stopping you from making a mistake.

    SELFLESSNESS

Putting the patient first and staying late to help, if needed.

    FUN-LOVING/FRIENDLY

We work hard but are able to have a laugh while at work and also enjoy each other’s company outside of work.
