Organisation Background

A truly INDEPENDENT vet practice owned and run by its founder vet working alongside a team of five vets, an RVN and two reception staff, the first practice of its kind in the UK to be located at an airport.

Working with private pet owners, pet travel agents, airlines, and government departments we provide documentation and advice to the pet travel industry. Pet travel is increasing and our aim is to be the voice of our pet community in ensuring the safest possible journey for our customer’s pets.

Alongside our pet travel service, we also provide healthcare to pets in the area.

We are a diverse practice with strong expertise in delivering pet travel services to our clients and their pets whilst providing first-class health care to local pets in the community and those based at our onsite kennel/cattery facilities.

We uphold our values of honesty, empathy, and progression by working effectively, applying good communication skills, mediation experience, and the ability to share knowledge. We lead by being an outstanding and positive example to others.
