Organisation Background

This clinic has been born out of a desire to create something slightly different for vets, nurses and cat clients in the local area. All parties wanted a chance to be given the time to focus on a high level of client and patient care, providing the opportunity for a gold-standard service for feline patients. Livestock vets could provide the financial opportunity and business support for it to happen, along with a profit share business model for those involved from day 1.

Organisation Aims and Mission

• To provide cat-only health and wellbeing care in a purpose-built environment that caters to the unique and specific needs of cats and their owners in and around semi rural Horsham.
• The team will be professional and friendly. Vets and nurses will have a deep understanding of, and experience in, feline veterinary medicine and behaviour. The clinic will be designed to make the whole experience stress-free for cats (following the principles of the International Society of Feline Medicine’s Cat Friendly Clinic programme).
• To provide job satisfaction to all employees by allowing them the time and autonomy to mould the business to the best it can be.
  Providing opportunities for share ownership so that all employees benefit from the profit of the business.
