Dr. Jennifer Koehl is a 2008 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She has worked in general practice, emergency, teaching, and relief roles throughout her career.Â
Dr. Koehl is a full-time instructor at Penn State Altoona in the biologic sciences. She began teaching biology and human physiology as adjunct faculty and earned a full time appointment in 2019.Â
In addition to both veterinary and academic employment, she is currently enrolled in a master’s degree program in public health preparedness. She is an elected board of trustee member of the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association through 2022.
